(Latest Transactions since June 15)

First 2017-2018 NBA Season Update

The 2017-2018 NBA season receives its first update! The schedule has been adjusted to the 2017-2018 NBA season. The latest transactions since June 15 have been implemented, all players are no longer injured and fully playable in this roster. Paul Pierce and Andres Nocioni have been added to the Retiree Vaults as well. Unfortunately, we cannot implement the new contracts that were signed during free agency because we do not have the exact numbers yet. Also, there are players in the roster have $0 contracts because their contracts are up and have yet to sign new ones. The contracts will be updated at the start of next season, when the official numbers have been released. Some updates for ratings, signature skills and even tendencies so that the players will be performing dribble moves more often. All of the accessories' colors have also been edited for the newly moved players so that their colors match their new team.

2017 NBA Draft by Mackubex

(First Round of the 2017 NBA Draft)

Mackubex is one of the best draft class creators for NBA 2K14. With his permission, we were able to release the new roster update with his work on the rookies. All credits are given to Mackubex and his collaborators for the 2017 NBA rookies, these are big-shot-rob, Monzki15, Blang and Sycthian. For this update, we included only the first round of the 2017 NBA Draft. This is because not all of the rookies that have been drafted in the 2nd round are guaranteed contracts in the NBA and we do not want to unnecessarily add players that won't make it to the roster eventually. The cyberface and portrait IDs for the rookies in this roster, however, do not match those of the draft class. If you're interested in a 2018 NBA Draft Class for your Association using the 2017-2018 NBA roster, please check out Mackubex's work here.

Rookie Showcase Returns!

(2017 Re-branded Rookie Showcase)

The Rookie Showcase for MyCareer returns and we've completely re-branded the Rookie Showcase! We decided to re-implement the classic rookie showcase because there will be no Team USA and the Select Team practice matches for the year of 2017. That makes it irrelevant and a lot of users were hoping that this would return. Now the jerseys and courts are the same as those of the Retiree Vaults, which are Medevenx jerseys and courts with HoopsVilla and NLSC branding.

Universal Portrait Project v4.5 Update

(v4.5 Update)

The Universal Portrait Project v4.5 update not only adds portraits for the 2017 NBA rookies, but it also includes some new portraits for 6 PBA players, and removes the portraits from the old PBA 2K11 to PBA 2K13 projects that were still being used in this portrait project.
