Katy Perry's pregnant with her first child with Orlando Bloom...

     Katy Perry announced that she is expecting her first child in her brand new video revealed Thursday, "Never Worn White".

     Katy Perry's pregnant. On Thursday, March 5, 2020, the 35-year-old singer revealed the happy news in the video clip of her new song, "Never Worn White". 

     At the very end of the video, the mother-to-be reveals her round belly under a white dress, hinting that the pregnancy is already well underway.

     During a live session on her Instagram account, Katy Perry was thrilled to finally reveal her big "secret". "A lot is going to happen this summer," she said, explaining that she would give birth to her first baby at the same time she unveiled her new music. 

     "I'm so happy. We're happy, and that's probably the longest secret I've ever had to keep. And I love to tell you things, but I knew I had to tell you in the best possible way, which is through music... Because I guess that's how I express myself with you. That's how we communicate with each other," she added.

     This will be the first child for the American star, who has been sharing the life of British actor Orlando Bloom (43) for several years. 

     The couple had first started dating in 2016 before breaking up for a few months between 2017 and 2018. 

     Reunited since then, they announced their engagement in February 2019. 

     In "Never Worn White", Katy Perry discusses their love story, their commitment and the fact that she now feels ready to say "yes" to him for life. According to E! News, the duo is expected to get married later this year, and two ceremonies are planned. 

     "The guest list is ready and many details are ready too. They're hoping to finalize it soon because they can't wait to get married," they said in December.

     Orlando Bloom is already the father of a little boy born in 2011, Flynn, whose mother is top Australian Miranda Kerr, with whom he was married between 2010 and 2013. 


     She has since rebuilt her life with Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel, with whom she has had two other sons, Hart (born 2018) and Myles (born 2019).
