Another day, another lawsuit...only this time it's Urban Outfitters. The parents of 16 year old model Hailey Clauson are taking UO to court (along with two other stores - don't know which ones) over photographs used by the company on T-shirts. The parents are claiming they knew about the shoot but did not give her permission for her image to be used.
They are asking for 28 million in damages. The above image is one of the T-shirts in question, but there are others which are meant to be worse then this one.
Has the world gone mad lately? With all the underage models? It's not cool!
